How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum.

When will my order ship?

Every piece is made to order, just for you, and ships within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive 5–10 business days after they ship. International orders can take a little longer.

Will I pay duties or import taxes?

For orders outside Canada, any customs duties or import taxes are charged by your country on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is made to order, returns work a little differently:

Damaged, defective or wrong item: let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
Sizing: we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, so please check the Size Guide on the product page before you order.
Not happy with your item? Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition may qualify for store credit, reviewed case by case. The customer pays return shipping.

We review every request within 2 business days. Escalated cases may take 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a Size Guide link with measurements for that exact piece. Our fits vary by line, so check the guide for the item you're ordering.

What is the QR code in the label?

Every piece carries a QR code inside the label. Scan it to open a verse from the Quran on our Verses page, a quiet reminder to trust in God wherever the day takes you.
